We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce’s architecture and capabilities, along with a proven track record in developing custom solutions that leverage Salesforce’s native functionalities.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create custom Salesforce applications, features, and enhancements based on business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. 
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. 
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to align with business needs. 
  • Perform data migration, import, export, and ensure data quality within Salesforce. 
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in Salesforce solutions. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of projects. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code documentation, and user manuals. 
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high availability and performance. 
  • Ensure all Salesforce development practices align with industry best practices, security standards, and company policies. 
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (must), Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred). 

 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s data model, security model, and integration capabilities. 
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi). 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and 3rd party integrations. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX). 
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes in Salesforce. 
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
