We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce’s architecture and capabilities, along with a proven track record in developing custom solutions that leverage Salesforce’s native functionalities.
- Create custom Salesforce applications, features, and enhancements based on business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to align with business needs.
- Perform data migration, import, export, and ensure data quality within Salesforce.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code documentation, and user manuals.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Ensure all Salesforce development practices align with industry best practices, security standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (must), Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and 3rd party integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes in Salesforce.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
