We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Owner to lead and supervise our Salesforce development team. As the Technical Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between the business and the development team, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver exceptional value.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed and delivered on time.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and the Salesforce development team to gather requirements, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the Salesforce team has a clear understanding of the tasks and priorities.
- Oversee the Salesforce development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical insights and direction to the team, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce solutions, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, workflows, and system architecture.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices, continuously improving product processes and team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce products.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
